250g Chalmer Beef Sirloin

French Toast
Homemade banana bread, bacon, mature white cheddar, bruleed banana, bourbon butterscotch sauce, mascarpone, toasted pumpkin seeds.
Lemon G&T Waffle
Toasted waffle topped with vanilla ice cream, drizzled with tonic syrup, lemon and gin curd and mini meringues.

My daughter and a friend suggested visiting Salt and Sage, and I can’t believe it took me this long to discover this gem. We decided to go for a special dinner, and from the moment we walked in, we were in for an unforgettable experience.
The menu is a delightful blend of creativity and elegance. We ordered the spaghetti with prawns and clams, and I opted for the pork dish. Just the sight of the beautifully presented food made my mouth water. Each dish was a visual masterpiece.
The flavors were nothing short of heavenly. The spaghetti with prawns and clams was the best my dinner partner ever had, and I couldn't stop raving about the pork throughout the meal. I told the waitress, as we paid our bill, that it would be my mission to try everything on their menu.
Salt and Sage offers a true explosion of flavors and a fabulous fine dining experience. Their wine selection is intriguing, offering choices from vineyards we hadn't heard of before but were thrilled to discover. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking for an extraordinary culinary journey.

I've been living in the area for about 6 years, and it's taken me this long to try Salt and Sage. Thanks to someone who posted a review of the restaurant in another group, I suggested going here when friends who also live in Blouberg, were wanting to meet for a weeknight dinner. If it weren't for that review, I would never have thought of this establishment, as the exterior of the restaurant is really unassuming, and I've not even noticed it before.
I'm not going to even beat around the bush - our meals were absolutely 5* quality! Great presentation, more than fair portion size and incredibly tasty!
I see that they even have a menu for pets!
Service was also 5*. Attentive waiters, warm personalities, felt like we were welcomed back, even though it was our first time. Our waitress - Cynthia - was amazing!
I'm looking forward to making this a regular dinner out.
